Payment Policy

We require full credit card details to secure your booking.
Your credit card will not be processed until you arrive. All credit card payments will incur a 2.5% surcharge.

Cancellation Policy

Payment for all Reservations must be secured by a valid credit card at the time of booking.

ROOM TO MOVE
Your booking can be amended without any fee being charged (subject to availability). Amendments & cancellations on bookings will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to arrival with no charges incurred. In the event of a no show or a cancellation inside 48 hours, one nights’ accommodation will be charged.

PACKAGE RATES (including Bed & Breakfast/Meal Packages)

Unused package components are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Rates Quoted are in NZ Dollars and are on a per night basis, and all include GST.
